By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.

2. API Usage & Restrictions

  • You may not use the API for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction via the Service.
  • We reserve the right to throttle or block requests that we deem excessive or abusive (e.g., DDoS attacks, bypassing rate limits).
  • "Lifetime" deals or Free tiers are subject to fair use policies.

3. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly). You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal available in your dashboard.

In no event shall SocialCard Inc, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
